The 36th, 37th and 38th coronavirus patients are relatives and female employees of a business woman in Binh Thuan who returned from the US, the Ministry of Health announced.
According to a post of Vnexpress, after “Patient No. 34” was diagnosed with coronavirus, the Centers for Disease Control of Binh Thuan province investigated epidemiology. The result has three positive cases.

The first patient is an assistant to the above business woman, female, 64 years old, showing fever.
The second patient is an employee, female, 37 years old, had a fever.
The third patient is the daughter-in-law, 28 years old, showing fever, cough.
These people are being isolated and treated at the Provincial General Hospital.
“Patient 34”, suspected to be the source of infection for these three patients.
The businesswoman had flown from Ho Chi Minh City to New York on February 22, transiting at the Incheon International Airport in South Korea for three hours.
On February 29, she flew back from Washington D.C., transiting at the Doha International Airport in Qatar. She landed at the Tan Son Nhat Airport in HCMC on March 2 and took a car home to the resort town of Phan Thiet in Binh Thuan.
On March 5, she developed high fever and a cough. Four days later, she was admitted to the Binh Thuan General Hospital and placed under quarantine pending coronavirus tests, and the results came back positive.
As of Wednesday evening, Vietnam had reported 38 coronavirus patients, 16 of them discharged weeks ago.
The Covid-19 outbreak has thus far spread to 119 countries and territories around the world, killing 4,300 people.
